Daniel Pollack, professor at Wurzweiler School of Social Work, has co-authored “Dealing With Pro Se Adversaries in Family Law Matters” for the New York Law Journal ( February 21, 2020) with Toby Kleinman, a New Jersey attorney and partner at Adler & Kleinman.They discuss challenges that arise in cases with a pro se litigant, writing that “caution should be used by counsel when dealing with a pro se litigant. Pro se litigants must also be cautious. This thoughtfulness will help a family case move forward more effectively to a successful conclusion for all.”
